- The product arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.

 

5. Inspection and Processing:
